Travelpayouts Rules

  1. Conditions:

    1. You are not allowed to send emails and other messages to Internet users without their explicit consent.
    2. You are not allowed to add URL’s that link to the Advertiser’s website and post other promo-materials on third-party websites without explicit consent of their owners.
    3. You are not allowed to use domain names, which sound similar to the domain names used for the Advertiser’s websites, for Advertiser’s promotion.
    4. You are not allowed to launch advertising campaigns in Yandex.Direct and Google Adwords contextual advertising systems with direct link to the Advertiser’s website.
    5. You are not allowed to place promo materials and run advertising campaigns on adult websites.
    6. You are not allowed to draw motivated traffic.
    7. You are not allowed to use the Advertiser’s trademark, logo, brand and/or domain name for advertising campaigns in paid advertising systems. Within the scope of the Agreement the brand should be understood as any writing of the Tutu.ru trademark.
    8. It is obligatory to use promo materials available in your affiliate personal account on https://www.travelpayouts.com only.
    9. You are not allowed to use official Advertiser’s official communities in social media to promote your affiliate links.
    10. You are not allowed to use railway theme in your ads for contextual advertising systems (permitted for users' websites, prohibited with redirect).
    11. You are not allowed to use auto-redirect,PopUp, ClickUnder, Toolbar and other types of aggressive advertising.
  2. Profit:

    1. The Agent’s reward for user acquisition is paid by the Principal for actual bookings and purchases of travel services on Advertiser’s websites that are done by referrals from the Agent’s to the Advertiser’s website.
    2. The Agent’s reward is based on all referrals to the Advertiser's website, who used the URLs that contain the Agent ID. Provided that all the bookings of the travel services made from a user’s PC within a 30-day period starting from his first visit to the Advertiser's website are taken into account. Cookies, which are installed in user’s browsers, are used to keep record of the customers.
    3. The Agent’s reward is calculated as a share of revenue received by the Advertiser from sales of services, tours, etc.:

      3,33% of the booking price for tours

      8,33% of the booking price for bus tickets (but no more than 4,9900 RUB, ~$10)

      For Cashback traffic: 1,6% of the booking price for train tickets (but no more than 384,6 RUB, ~$6); 1,92% of the booking price for tours (but no more than 641 RUB, ~$9.7)

    5. Agent’s personal account on the Principal’s website is used by the Principal to provide the Agent with the real time information about revenue earned by the Advertiser from the referrals that come from the Agent's websites.
    6. The Agent commission earned for the previous month is paid from 10th to 20th day monthly, by transferring funds to the Agent's account according to the payment details specified in the personal account.
