It depends on your task. White Label and API both are good tools, but they have been created for the different purposes. API is much more flexible than White Label, but same time API requires much more higher knowledges. Use White Label if you are the beginner or if its features are enough for you. Use API if you know how to deal with it and if you need such powerful tools. Also please note, that White Label is available only for iOS, than if you work with the Android traffic, than focus on API or SDK.
